When we need to refurbish a roof, we remove any rotten timbers, replace them with new support timbers. We treat them as standard to ensure they remain weatherproof. They add insulation and we fit lightweight tiles that come in a variety of colours to complement your park home.

The roof is coated with Thermaseal, exclusive to Exel Park Homes.

This increases the insulation properties of your roof whilst simultaneously protecting it from the elements by preventing the growth of moss and lichens.

Over time these mosses and lichens absorb rainwater and undermine the fabric of a roof if left untreated, resulting in leaks. A poorly insulated roof can lose 30% of its heat, so having your park home roof coated makes financial sense. Not only will it cut your fuel bills but it will also add to the appearance of your home.
